Bombardier announce more job cuts

The business aircraft manufacturer Bombardier has announced it is to cut 715 jobs from its’ facilities in Montreal in January 2010. This announcement reflects the current economic climate in the aircraft industry as Bombardier failed to significantly increase orders of its CRJ aircraft family.

Bombardier had already announced that it would lay off 4,360 people worldwide in 2009 so the latest announcement illustrates the aircraft industry is still suffering.
