Do I have a choice as to where I can fly to and from?

Smarteraircharter.com has a wide network of partners that enable us to offer charter aircraft from any licensed airport in the world.

How much will it cost to charter an aircraft?

Each aircraft charter is unique so the price is dictated by the number of people flying and the destination. To get a quote simply fill out the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How much notice should I give before booking a flight?

It’s often possible to arrange a flight at very short notice but in order to get the best results we recommend you book as far in advance as possible to maximize choice.

Can I change my schedule after I have booked?

Most certainly! Flexibility is one of the greatest benefits of air charter. Once booked, you can reschedule both your outbound and return flights.

Will it cost me more money if I have additional passengers?

No, Air charter is based on hiring the whole aircraft. So long as the number of people does not exceed the carrying capacity of the aircraft you will not pay anything more. Should your passenger numbers or payload capacity exceed the aircraft capability this will require a new aircraft and therefore a new quote.

What are the hidden costs?

Our prices are totally transparent and do not contain any hidden costs. Prices may change if you wish to reschedule your flight. If you wish to land at an airport outside of the published opening times an out of hours extension charge will be levied.

Where do I pick up my tickets?

No tickets are required on private air charter flights. When flying in the UK all we require is a list of passengers prior to departure. For international flights we may require additional information such as nationality, date of birth and passport number. We will notify you in advance of all the information we require.

Can I take my pets?

We welcome pet so long as you inform us first. The bulk of carriers will require the pets to be put into specialist pet carriers during the flight. Please also note that pets often need passports of their own and they can only enter and exit the country from certain airports.

How safe are private jet aircrafts?

Smarter Air Charter thoroughly checks out all of its carriers that it works with. We only work with carriers that exceed internationally accepted safety standards. All our operator aircraft are checked for the following:

  • The operator possesses a valid Air Operator's Certificate (AOC)
  • The aircraft is flown and maintained to Public Transport (airline) standards
  • The aircraft is comprehensively insured to industry-accepted levels

Will there be any other passengers on the flight?

Private air charter means just that. The only people on the flight will be at your discretion.

Will food and drinks be served?

This really depends on the type of aircraft you book and whether or not you wish to book refreshments for your flight.
